30 DAY CHALLENGE : 3 MILE EVERY DAY!

Starting TODAY! 30 days of sticking to a 3 mile every day no matter what!   I am thinking this is the inspiration I might need, so here it goes. We start today and in about a hour I will start my first 3 mile at the park.

Its hot so it will be a great run. I will be posting through the 30 days challenge.
